Sergio is President of Absolute Yachts and an internationally renowned designer. In 1985 he was with one of the major shipyards and established their R&D lab going on to design and develop the revolutionary ISS production system (Integrated Structural Systems) now used by other premium shipyards.
Marcello is CEO and General manager and was with a major yard in Italy and latterly became fiberglass and keel assembly manager and thereafter was the shipyards Logistics Production Manager.
